About the Role
Are you passionate about soccer? Do you enjoy working with young players and want to inspire the next generation of soccer talent? Liverpool FC International Academy Michigan is seeking enthusiastic, part-time Youth Soccer Coaches to join our Mini Reds and Reds Junior Academy (RJA) programs. These programs are designed to develop players ages 4-12 through 5- and 6-week training sessions that focus on fundamental soccer skills in a fun, supportive environment.

As a Youth Soccer Coach, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Plan and lead age-appropriate training sessions that align with LFC’s coaching philosophy.
• Teach fundamental soccer skills to young players, fostering their love for the game.
• Build a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages teamwork and sportsmanship.
• Make a lasting impact on young players as they begin their soccer journey.

Job Title: Goalkeeper Coach
Location: Ann Arbor, MI
Position Type: Part-Time, Full-Year Commitment

Liverpool FC International Academy Michigan is seeking a dedicated and skilled Goalkeeper Coach to develop players across multiple age groups. If you’re passionate about goalkeeper training and player development, and can bring high energy and alignment with our core values, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and parents to foster growth and teamwork
• Provide technical goalkeeper training and conduct game evaluations, both technical and tactical
• Design and execute training sessions using the Sports Session Planner platform
• Conduct player evaluations, both in writing and in-person, to track development and progress
• Additional opportunity to coach a team within the academy

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum USSF “E” License; Goalkeeper License preferred
• 1-2 years of coaching experience
• Alignment with core values: Team Player, WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get), All In, Positive Energizer, and Professional

Job Title: Soccer Coach/Assistant Coach – U9 Boys
Location: Hartland, MI
Position Type: Part-Time, Full-Year Commitment

Liverpool FC International Academy Michigan is seeking a passionate and experienced Soccer Coach/Assistant Coach to join our team and lead our U9 boys’ program. If you’re enthusiastic about youth development and have experience managing young players and engaging with parent groups, this opportunity may be perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and run engaging and developmentally appropriate training sessions
• Coach and manage games effectively, including scheduling and coordination
• Provide clear communication with parents to foster a positive team environment
• Assist with player development strategies and tracking progress
• Support the club’s mission and values through professionalism and teamwork

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum Grassroots Coaching License; D License preferred
• 1-2 years of coaching experience with youth teams
• Strong organizational skills, especially in managing young players and parent interactions
• Ability to manage team scheduling and coordinate with league and club guidelines

Compensation: $35/hour
