COACHES
Liverpool chooses passionate soccer coaches who are integral to the success of their players. These coaches, with their expertise and creativity, are the foundation of the club’s achievements. They’re empowered to contribute, create, and collaborate while understanding the significant influence they have on their players’ lives. Our coaches are held to the highest national standards in terms of responsibility and work ethic.
What it means to represent LFC:
Alex Carbonaro: Being a part of Liverpool FC means being part of a storied and passionate football club with a rich history and a strong sense of community. It involves a deep connection to the club’s values, such as resilience, loyalty, and the famous “You’ll Never Walk Alone” spirit. Players, staff, and supporters all share a commitment to excellence and a pride in the club’s achievements.
Chris Dupuis: It is a true honour to represent a legendary football academy and teaching children to play the Liverpool way. It brings me joy to see our players improve, strengthen and master their football technique, attitude and knowledge of the game.
Josue Martinez: Representing Liverpool FC means for me being part of the club’s youth development system, where talented young players train and compete under the club’s LFC banner and we can give them the opportunity as coaches to develop their football abilities while embodying the values and culture of one of the most storied football clubs in the world. It can be a significant step toward a professional career in football, as it provides exposure to high-quality training and potential pathways to higher levels within the club or beyond.
Derek Horvath: Representing Liverpool Fc means a lot to me. To be in a position to help develop these young players as footballers and as young men and do it the Liverpool way means a lot to me.
Egidio Mosco: It is an absolute privilege to represent the Liverpool FC as a Head Coach for the 2015 Boys Windsor team. Wearing the Liver Bird over my heart is a dream come true and inspires our coaching staff as we try to develop players to be their best through the Liverpool Curriculum
Daren Raoux: Representing Liverpool FC is a tremendous opportunity to share my love of the game with youth players while having the global standard of football excellence as a benchmark for everything that we do as coaches.
Dante Boccarossa: To me, Liverpool FC represents a statement of ability and sophistication. Our structure and guidance aims to give young players a foundation for which they can build both skill and character. As LFC coaches we represent a link in the chain between a player today and the player they aspire to be.
Clauidio Pullo: To represent LFC means a commitment to excellence. The family-centred philosophy is clearly evident in the positive collaboration between coaching staff, players and their families.
Joe Lichaa: What it means to represent Liverpool FC: As a former player on one of the inaugural Liverpool FC IA Windsor teams, I can tell you first hand what it means to represent the club. But to me, the opportunity to return as a coach holds even greater significance. It’s a chance to have a positive impact on the players’ careers and lives by fostering an environment of growth and development, just as the club once did for me and my peers.
Anissa Mosca: Being a coach and representing LFC Windsor means upholding the club’s values of dedication and teamwork, while guiding and developing players both on and off the field. It involves leading by example and fostering a positive, inclusive environment to help individuals and the team reach their full potential.
Tony Mazza: Representing Liverpool FC means being responsible for the team’s performance, strategy, and development. To me it’s about guiding the team towards success while aligning with the club’s vision and goals.
Gerry Boccarossa: Representing Liverpool FC means honoring the rich history, values, and understanding its global significance. It requires embodying the unity of “You’ll Never Walk Alone,” putting in the hard work, showing your passion, and honouring the loyalty, while still reflecting the club’s working-class roots and dedicated fanbase. Upholding sportsmanship & professionalism are essential when engaging with the local community. Ultimately, it’s about being part of a family and tradition that goes beyond fútbol.
Luke Husbands: It’s a great honour to have the opportunity to coach and represent one of the best footballing clubs in the world. Rich in history, with great success in the modern game. Being a part of a club that has remarkable identity at the development level is something that I am very passionate about.
Duop Wur: What does it mean to represent LFC? It’s an honour and a great deal to represent LFC and be a part of the LFC IA Windsor-Site family. I look forward to contributing to LFC’s amazing team culture and exciting environment by embodying the values, spirit, and passion associated with the club.
Chris Nielsen: Liverpool FC has afforded me the opportunity to work within a world-renowned club. As a coach, the knowledge and skill that I have been able to learn has afforded me opportunities and experiences that I can keep with me. The relationships I have built along the way are ones that I value and have also further developed my abilities as a coach. The ability to work with a club overseas is such a wonderful opportunity and I love how I can share this knowledge and curriculum with players and families who share the passion for the sport.
Nick Husbands: For nearly 50 years I have had an obsession with Liverpool football club, the passion , the history is a club like no other. Now being part of this incredible Liverpool Academy Is nothing short of amazing and something I will always be thankful for. Ynwa
