Bobby has a wide variety of playing experience at many different levels. In high school, he played at Birmingham Groves High School, where he and his team won the State Championship. He has also played for Detroit Express, Riverside FC, Oakland University, and Ukrainian Sport Club where he was a National Finalist.

Bobby has an extensive coaching background, including his current coaching position at Vardar Soccer Club. His past coaching history includes stints with Groves High School, Adams High School, Birmingham Blazers, Bloomfield Force, and Rochester Select Soccer Club. In addition to this, Bobby was also the Co-owner of the Michigan Metro Stars and the Michigan Gators.
