Elliott has been around the staff of LFC North Oakland since High School. He played at the MRL Premier 1 Level for Michigan Impact (which would later become LFC North Oakland) and upon graduation played at the NCAA D3 level at Lake Forest College. He finished his college career at the NJCAA level at Schoolcraft College. He later attended Western Michigan University to pursue his studies where he would achieve a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science, along with minor degrees in Coaching Education and Holistic Health.
From the age of 17, Elliott began coaching part time for Michigan Impact working camps and shadowing coaches before transitioning into the Liverpool set up. At 22 he became a full-time coach with LFC North Oakland. He has continued to pursue coaching qualifications through US soccer while continuing to gain coaching experience with the club.
Since joining LFC North Oakland, Elliott has worked with the 2010 Boys Pre Academies, 2009 Girls Premier team, as well as the 2004 and then 2003 Boys Academy teams.
