As our club grows in the Hartland Community, we have realized that there is a need for some additional administrative help. We are actively seeking interested individuals for a part-time role at LFC Hartland, working directly with the Club's President on daily tasks.
The role requires approximately 16-24 office hours per week and will be a part-time paid position. The skill set of the successful applicant should include the following:
Position - Executive Administrator
Competent in all computer related programs such as Microsoft Office, Google Documents etc.
Very good interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task with various tasks
Producing detailed travel itineraries for business directors and time schedules for employee events
Arranging meetings, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
Replying to generic information emails and organizing postal sorting mail
Providing assistance with planning and arranging events, including organizing catering, meetings, and various events
Handling expenses and billing cycles
Draft, format, and print relevant documents
Maintaining stock levels and placing orders for office supplies as required
Frequent interaction with company directors, supporting their requests
Creating meeting agendas and taking minutes
Managing outgoing post and recording data on special deliveries
Photocopying and filing
Attending workshops and conferences when requested
The work generally involves a fair amount of oral and written communication, responding to email and telephone inquiries and more.
